Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
You received the wrong product
The product was damaged during delivery
The product is expired or defective
Conditions for Return:
Return must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order
Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
A clear photo/video of the damaged or incorrect product must be shared with us via WhatsApp or email
Refunds
Once your return is approved, you can choose:
A full refund (via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa)
An exchange with another product of equal value
A store credit for future purchases

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used or opened products
Items purchased during sales or promotions
Products returned without proper packaging or verification
Personal care items (like mascara, lipsticks) due to hygiene concerns, unless faulty
